Took over managing EE standards for all Meta office new builds, TIs, and current office updates:
• Single point of contact for internal EE teams and XFN teams to connect dots, address issues, and follow up on project progress
• Drove forward momentum on standard updates and flagged issues by leading pivotal meetings
• Created content for leadership, townhalls, and standards summits; Presented information when needed
• Owned XFN standards site updates on behalf of EE
Worked extensively on global desk sharing initiative:
• Collaborated with Program Manager and XFN partners to create tech standards for desk sharing, including regional changes based on supply and demand of equipment
• Created deployment guides for PMs, field techs, and vendors to establish an SOP for uniform deployment and document tracking
• Developed task flow in Meta internal system (butterfly) to ensure all steps are tracked during deployment
• Developed modified task flow to quickly implement desk sharing changes post Meta restructuring
• Developed task tracking (Butterfly Button) for XFN partners to sync efforts for smaller desk changes
• Managed individual desk sharing projects, specifically loaded with all Bay Area moves to be single point of contact due to the quick moving nature of this densely populated area
• Provided projections based on FCS provided projects to ensure sufficient inventory was ordered globally; This was crucial for LATAM projects due to sourcing limitations in the region
Extensively supported other initiatives including Smart Lockers, fully revamped Helpdesk build standard, EpIC, and other needs for EE Supply Chain
