I led the redevelopment and asset management of ~2M SF of real estate including: The Bellevue, a ~1M SF, mixed-use, historic three-building campus in Philadelphia with hotel, apartments, office, retail, bars/restaurants, event space, fitness club, parking garage, and future developable space; 400 Market Street, a 180K SF historic office to residential conversion in Philadelphia; and The Bourse, a 330K SF historic office to hotel and retail conversion in Philadelphia.

The Wolstein Group holds interests in a variety of properties in downtown Cleveland including a ~260,000 SF class A office tower in Cleveland's theatre district and a variety of property types in The Flats, Cleveland's premier downtown waterfront district, including a ~460,000 SF class A office tower, an Aloft hotel with ground floor retail, and a parking garage.

Before the building was transferred, I oversaw the operations of a 240 unit, ~250,000 SF apartment building with ~60,000 additional SF of ground floor retail in The Flats. I was also involved in overseeing the operations of ~50,000 aggregate SF of detached waterfront retail spaces in The Flats prior to their transfer.

Ravencrest Capital Partners was the owner and operator of ~35,000 SF of waterfront retail real estate in The Flats, Cleveland's premier downtown waterfront district.

During my time as President, I was fortunate enough to oversee the buildouts and grand openings of two bar/restaurant tenants and the sourcing, lease negotiations, buildouts and openings of two additional waterfront bar/restaurant tenants.
