• Oversee day-to-day operations, team capacity planning, and monitor team productivity. Weekly catalog planning with the product team for a robust assortment of launch titles, coordinating target dates with developers, and managing the pipeline of upcoming title releases so the Program's catalog does not become stale.
• Moderate weekly agile meetings with the Program’s stakeholders including Program Managers, Business Development, Marketing team, Technical Support team, QA, and Technical Consultants from various regions including EMEA, APAC, and the US.
• Streamline the process to handle developer partner escalations, creating documentation to aid consultants in addressing the most frequently raised issues, also consulting with cross-functional team members for edge cases. When applicable, identify, reproduce, and triage integration bugs, escalating them to the developer technical support team.
• Restructure our internal escalation process for the Program by creating our FAQ guide and knowledge base after scraping a database of 300+ escalations. With the help of a refreshed response library, our team was able to reduce the overall escalation volume by ~50% and reduced turnaround time for resolving cases from > 2 months to under 2 weeks.
• Help design the onboarding process for the Program, bringing efficiency improvements when training new team members by dividing the title review process into a pre, main, and post review phases, this allowed for specialized training of new consultants to handle different areas of the overall review process, leading to faster onboarding of team members, and improved developer communications.
