• Built RESTful endpoints for a microservice in Kotlin, enabling seamless data ingestion and order creation leading to a 30% increase in US customs filing efficiency at Flexport

• Implemented gRPC endpoints for seamless microservice-to-microservice communication, ensuring efficient data exchange and enhancing overall system interoperability

• Led integration of Temporal, an open-source orchestration tool, within our microservices architecture building the base for org wide standards on Temporal usage enhancing task scheduling and resulting in a 25% increase in operational efficiency

• Implemented GraphQL queries and mutations in React and Ruby on Rails, streamlining data retrieval and manipulation, resulting in a more efficient front-end user experience (improvement from 30 mins to 30 secs for bulk update tasks)

• Developed solution to enable sending of Amazon Kinesis data streams for payloads >1MB by integrating Amazon S3, ensuring seamless transmission and processing capabilities for large data dropping rejection rate to 0 for large payloads.
