Improved system reliability and enhanced system performance by incorporating metrics, logs, and tracing into a microservice architecture.

Reduced the amount of potential bugs for 10,000s of accounts daily by refactoring the subscription renewal process as part of the Billing Team using idempotency keys and 3rd party payment processors.

Streamlined the process of producing integrations reports for staff users and reduced the work overhead for the team by implementing a full stack integrations usage report generator.

Designed a home-page welcome carousel and a user data analytics page in React.js for a progressive web app in which users like or dislike short news clips from various channels.
