Responsible for the development of multiple features and modules in the Payroll application.

 Developed an Employer Setup module where business owners/Account Managers can setup data for Accruals, Earnings and Deductions.

 Integrated a dynamic virtual check creating function that calculates compensation, taxes etc for employees based on the setup.

 Created a generic report generation function that handles various formats and templates using Telerik Reporting.

 Implemented interactive charts in Gridster dashboard to display various Payroll Stats using Fusion Charts.

 Developed a downloadable dynamic dashboard using Gridster, to facilitate chart management.

 Automated an email generation process that assembles and delivers client’s payroll reports.

 Improved the Inhouse Backoffice application to create payroll processing schedules and display payroll statuses and suspension errors for various clients.

 Implemented a task scheduling function that sends updates and alert emails to employers before payroll processing.

 Integrated .Net with Python to analyse client data using several machine learning algorithms.
