• Leveraged LangGraph, AWS Bedrock, and Python to build and deploy Hermes: a production AI agent that leverages human in the loop and reACT framework in order to automate scheduling of customer migrations

• Operated and maintained Cloud Migrator: Workday's migration microservice, by engineering new Restful APIs and leveraging Go routines to improve the performance of existing automation and decreasing latency. Implemented with Golang, Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins CI/CD pipeline.

• Integrated Splunk logging and created real-time Splunk dashboards to provide key stakeholders with visibility into the migration workstream.

• Constructed Patchy: a Python Slack Bot with a XGBoost time forcasting model trained and deployed via AWS Sagemaker that predicts the estimated tenant downtime during a maintenance window.

• Created an organization level dashboard to help gauge the overall system health of the key services within the organization using Grafana, PrometheusQL, and Python
