• Revamped our logging system, allowing quicker and more precise analysis of enforcements and anomalies during high-profile events (such as elections)

• Enabled signals on short-form video content across Instagram and Facebook to prevent misinformative content from spreading, significantly reducing the prevalence of misinformation on these surfaces.

• Driving compliance of our Misinformation program on Instagram with new EU regulations

• Worked on optimizing the landing experience to reduce average TTRC (time to recent content) significantly on the surface.

Working as an Android engineer on the Google Fi team.

• Worked on Fi's eSIM solution, making it easy for users to download and activate their SIMs without ever needing to get a physical SIM, as well as ensuring critical eSIM OS updates are correctly delivered to the on-device chip.

• Worked on Fi's VPN solution, ensuring user's have control over their privacy and that user's connections are private and secure without sacrificing the quality of their connectivity.

Assisting students in introductory computer science courses with debugging their programs.

• Designed and built an embedded Java IoT application for a third-party platform, enabling sensemetrics’s biggest client to remotely and more easily configure and retrieve data from the third-party device.

• Developed the framework for sensemetrics to push their product into the market of vibration monitoring.

• Fixed field critical bugs and performance issues which were pushed to the field, allowing sensemetrics’s clients to monitor their data and worksites more effectively and reliably.

• Increased the robustness and efficiency of software used to verify sensemetrics’ hardware.

Analyzed a large dataset of electrical measurements from a power system in order to determine methods for failure detection in the system.
