• Developed and designed a new service to handle report export jobs (e.g. CSV/PDF downloads, on-demand/scheduled emails), increasing parallel job capacity from 6 to 90 and reducing max job queue duration from 2 hours to under 10 minutes

• Root caused a bug caused by batch querying a database view with a join. Developed a report row iterator to abstract query and post-processing logic for both non-group-by and group-by tables, allowing queries to be non-batched
