Developed a modular, internal gamification system built on Azure. Utilizes Azure Service Bus Event Hubs and other sources of ingress to listen for events, then determining whether those events correspond to a gamified trigger. The system is able to assign points, badges, and direct users to take further action to progress within a program.

• Created the MsMercury (Admin)Control Panel to assign triggers to certain events, such as completion of an activity on a user’s roadmap

• Developed a “light” LRS(Learning Record Store), based on Tin-Can API recommendations

Led development on an Azure-based Notification System that included integration of Azure WebSites and Azure Service Bus components. The system notified users, and optionally their managers, of their achievements and on further actions needed for ongoing internal programs. NS also scans internal resources for new users that have been added to Microsoft’s ecosystem.
