Created integrations with industry leaders such as Klaviyo, Salesforce, Gorgias, Zendesk, Recharge, and Yotpo.

• Engineered a robust polling mechanism to facilitate the sharing of client data with a prominent competitor. This resulted in the ingestion of over 200 billion events into our platform, enhancing our data capabilities.

• Lead the development of an internal endpoint, enhancing our management of third-party webhooks. This endpoint proved instrumental in feature rollouts, integration updates, and incident remediation for hundreds of thousands of webhooks.
