• Dedicated to enhancing ux/ui of web application and mobile app design for SaaS online meeting platform used by 4,000 remote enterprise teams,
consisting of 800,000 users. Focused on end-to-end design process, from PRDs to Design QA and final product delivery.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams via Slack across 7 countries in agile environments to implement user feedback on digital product features.
Validating designs and suggestions through A/B testing, Maze prototypes, usability studies, and data-driven user research.
• Responsible for mobile app revamp projects for iOS and Android, improving app by using quantitative and qualitative customer insights derived from
usability testing. Developed wireframes, design system, user flows, and presented screen prototype mock-ups in Figma to stakeholders. Successfully
increased DAU from 70,000 to 180,000 users.
• Collaborated directly with product management and development teams to implement Billing Re-architecture, increasing accessibility across multiple
countries. Successfully expanding organization count from 2,300 to 4,000 companies worldwide.
• Conducted User Interviews and prepared test scripts, collaborating with teams for translating English, Korean, and Japanese users. Training customer
service translation teams to follow interview guides and questioning for non-biased user responses, leading to better product design decisions.
