• Responsible for developing industry-standard bug-free features for deploying multi-access edge computing components on cloud solutions.

• Responsible for configuring k8s with docker containers using helm for dependency to achieve interservice communication.

• Built out AWS local service for running mock AWS services for a non-production environment to simulate AWS service to improve test coverage.

Technical Team Lead building out internal tools with two mentees. My responsibilities include code reviews and driving the team to meet product technical requirements. Also as a member of the team, I did the following:

• design service requirements and converted them to technical deliverables for Andela's systems.

• pair program with my team to improve deliverables.

• migrate a giant monolithic application architecture into SOA (microservices architecure).

• designing and implementing Microservices for Andela systems using technologies including Kubernetes and docker for deployment, Kafka for message brokering, gRPC and Protobuf for RPC calls, GoLang and NodeJS for development.

At Andela, we build distributed engineering teams with Africa’s most talented software developers. I developed and improved several applications while being exposed to solving technical problems working with really smart engineers across the globe.

I worked with several stacks across different teams mostly NodeJs/JavaScript stacks. I have worked with JavaScript and its frameworks (including AngularJS and ReactJS), Ruby on Rails, Python, and GoLang. I am also tasked with solving problems around designing and modeling with both Relational and Non-relational databases. Some of the projects include:

• developing a platform that connects filmmakers across the industry for the purpose of consulting across different expertise. (Nodejs, Firebase, Express, AngularJs RethinkDB)

• maintaining and developing a data engagement platform for companies Providing premium data on development and investment opportunities (Firebase, AngularJS, and NodeJS).

• development of a project management platform that eases project management for filmmakers and connects relevant service providers. This was built using AngularJS, ExpressJS, and NodeJS.
