Provide proactive guidance and early adoption of new malware prevention solutions, network and/or endpoint, and assist in the deployment of new product releases
Direct malware triage and threat intelligence analysis to quickly resolve potential False-Positives and False-Negative alert escalations
Lead escalation response to drive problem resolution, FN/APT malware triage, OOB Security-Content updates, software product Hot-Fix, RFEs with Engineering and Product Management Teams
Manage operational status and internal/external communications of service requests, product requests, defects/RMA
Work lockstep with Global Enterprise Sales Account team to grow and deepen client investment across the FireEye portfolio
Conduct quarterly reviews of service delivery, industry threat assessment and solicit feedback on services and product capabilities
Mentor junior level security analysts
Publish internal KB documents to support the Customer Success team
