Worked in Zoho Desk , iOS App - context aware help desk application with 26,000 active mobile users daily with revenue of 1.6 Million Dollars.
• Implemented user activity adaptive Siri actions and got featured in Top 10 App using Siri in US App Store, Apple.
• Transformed existing application code base to adapt Clean architecture through custom written Network and Database Manager thereby setting platform for modular, easily scalable and testable code.
• Independently developed key features of the app - Tasks, Time Entry and Time Tracking and integrated across the app.
• Developed stand alone User feedback component which is being used by several apps across Zoho, including Zoho CRM and Mail.
• Introduced Swift developed features in live Objective-C code base, using custom bridging functions.
• Developed new iOS features prior to iOS public release using WWDC beta release documents which includes Siri shortcuts, Scribble via apple pencil, Conversational Siri action.
• Designed and developed self-contained Zoho Desk application module in macOS for integration with Zoho Mail Mac application.
• Managed development and deployment of 12 App Releases of features and improvements.

• Developed ML model to sentimentally analyze customer response and provide auto ticket escalation suggestion. Proving astounding 86% match, the model cut down 72% agent ticket priority identification time.
• Worked on NLP-ML model to provide auto intelligent response based on domain specific Customer-Agent interaction.
• Implemented 5-layer Deep neural network model to understand the complex relationships between the various customer response parameters.
