• Developed WeWork Self Serve from ideation phase to launch, creating an intuitive e-commerce experience from product catalog, billing & payments, through contracts and generating $400k of revenue in just NY/SF in the first 6 months

• Scaled the Self Serve feature from the NY/SF markets to 400+ office spaces in all major markets in the US and Canada working with product on internationalization and localization requirements

• Collaborated with Contracts and Billing/Payments teams to build Membership Agreements system and payment gateway using NodeJS and Ruby on Rails

• Migrated monolithic application into a microservice-oriented architecture, enabling our system to be multi-platform and platform-agnostic working with Google YouTube APIs and Facebook APIs

• Managed offshore developers in Belarus; strategized roadmap and generated full-stack development tasks to ensure deliverables were completed in line with sprint goals
