• Temporary international Head of IT during Scuf/Corsair merger (Included full development of IT policy and documentation)
• PCI / Security Audit Program to clear security breach/vulnerability issue projects
• Customer Support Helpdesk process and automation overhaul project
• Development environment process and infrastructure creation/training/maintenance program
• Emergency disaster response projects (Including complete deletion of a critical internal system)
• Facility infrastructure planning/implementation program (Analysis of existing solutions, planning & roll out of new systems and processes)
• Internal communications program (Complete redo of all internal comms)
