Designed and implemented a responsive KPI and analytics web portal hosted in Azure, using Angular and embedded PowerBI dashboards, for a leading hot beverage device manufacturer and distributor. Integrated user authentication using Microsoft Identity Platform, and set up CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.

Rapidly developed knowledge in Xamarin, Microsoft LUIS, and Microsoft Bot Framework to deliver a published iOS and Android diabetes virtual assistant POC with chat bot capabilities within three months. Worked onsite with client, and participated in relationship management activities and scrum ceremonies to facilitate open communication and effective project management.

Performed real-time data analysis and provided advanced metrics on client’s chatbot UX data using PowerBI. Used Azure Data Factory pipeline for ETL into SQL to handle compatibility issues with CosmosDB (Table API).
