• Develops and implements project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) coordinating with Estimating, Scheduling, Project Management, Turn-Around Team, PSCM and various discipline leads to ensure seamless integration throughout organizational forecasting, billing and estimating software.

• Analyzes resources, project plan, risks, funding and the integration of scope, schedule, and budget using Earned Value Management Standards to develop and present comprehensive reports to Project Team and Client Management to clearly communicate Value of Work Done (VoWD), Schedule Progress, Forecasted Cost at Completion (FCC), trends and variance analysis.

• Facilitates and monitors contract execution and invoicing for primary construction, engineering and fabrication vendors by analyzing cost, quantity and application of equipment, personnel, materials and services per contract specifications.

• Responsible for developing and managing comprehensive project forecasts using SAP/WR5, CMMS, Excel, Citrix, Cobra, and CATT software systems to analyze resources, budgets, risks and the integration of scope, schedule, and budget using Earned Value Management Standards.

• Prepares and presents comprehensive cost reports to Working Interest Owners, Executive Management, and Project Management Team on schedule progress, cost performance, risk allocation, forecast, contingency drawdown plans and project reconciliation.
