I work in Product Launch for the Growth team at Shopify - connecting product teams (product managers, UX, developers) closer to the platform users about their product areas using a host of qualitative and quantitative data from our support teams and merchant feedback. These key insights are used to inform product roadmal decisions, assess the impact of bugs/issues, provide insight into how merchants use the platform and ultimately improve the merchant/customer experience.

Prior to upcoming releases for products, I work with various support and user-facing teams, preparing enablement to ensure relevant stakeholders are prepared for product launches. During and post launch I collect merchant feedback and key takeaways from the support teams about the new products/features to share with the product teams.

Serving as the front-end technical product expert for clients, continuing to foster & grow relationships with various Fortune-500 brands like Nike, Staples, Chanel, etc. to communicate the value of the Chatter SaaS product and troubleshoot through any client issues and requests

• Capturing business requirements from clients for projects and translating into technical requirements for the product team, including setting up integrations via API’s, etc.

• Leading the coordination with the Product team to manage client requests through weekly sprints using JIRA software

to prioritize tasks, features and bugs and ensure client satisfaction is maintained

Designed hundreds of feedback surveys using the Chatter product, templated by Liquid and presented actionable insights to clients on a monthly basis by analyzing their customer feedback using Excel, Powerpoint and Tableau leading to operational changes for the clients

• Automated reporting sent to clients on a weekly and monthly basis using Google Data Studio, decreasing the time spent and

increasing efficiency by 60%

• Co-led a market study research-based initiative using Facebook advertising for clients which led to an additional $10,000 in revenue
