• Partnered with the CIO and CISO to define the Corp. technology roadmap, subsequently responsible
for delivering roadmap items by working cross-functionally across Legal/People/Security
• Led integration of core internal systems during mergers & acquisitions, including Open Mesh (~50 headcount), Autotask (~500 headcount), and Centrastage (~30 headcount)
• Owned all corp technology user-facing processes, services and supporting infrastructure, and led a project to make employee onboarding/offboarding self serviceable by HR teams
• Worked closely with security org to define and deliver SOC 2 Type II company-wide compliance objectives including MFA everywhere, hardware based MFA (Yubikey), always on VPN, and comprehensive endpoint patching/reporting.
• Manager of 6 direct reports. Empowered the team with the tools, access, and autonomy they needed to best provide Datto’s global employees with the tools and infrastructure needed to function on a daily basis. Operationally matured engineers on the team by introducing daily stand ups, CI/CD principles, Kanban tracking, and robust post mortem feedback loops.
