Led the design of AI Companion from concept to launch, as well as Meeting Summary, Custom AI Companion, and the upcoming AI notetaking experience. Currently focused on projects to drive growth and increase adoption of AI features at Zoom.

As the design lead for the Verticals team, I worked across Zoom’s product suite to solve problems driven by industry-specific needs in Education, Privacy & Security, Healthcare, and Financial Services.

Launched the GS mobile app for wealth management clients, designing key features such as financial portfolio and advanced charting. Designed internal tools for advisors to support client transactions and other business activities.

I led a team of 4 designers to enhance and redesign the GGLeagues website. My key responsibilities included design strategy, UI design (mockups, style guide), and project management.

I led the design process of a complex player portal, with the goal of increasing user retention. Key tasks included research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. After the project concluded, we won a contract to continue work with this client.

Constellation Brands | Fortune 500 beverage corporation

I designed and provided recommendations for an internal mobile app to help build employee engagement at Constellation Brands. My responsibilities included user research and testing, competitive analysis, ideation, and creating mid-fidelity prototypes.
