Worked in the Cloud Authentication Security Platform team on security, resilience, IAM, and authentication - delivering both end-user features and developer-facing authentication protocols. In charge of customer engagement, data analysis, product planning, execution, and promotion.
• Improved security and resilience and reduced ~$50 million in annual COGS by leading a 0-to-1 initiative to deliver Continuous Access Evaluation and driving company-wide adoption. The initiative now serves hundreds of millions of users and positions Microsoft as a leader in Zero Trust Session Management.
• Led the successful implementation and rollout of key features, such as sign-in frequency and token jittering, resulting in better user experience, stronger system resilience, and improved scalability.
• Enhanced user experience by reducing unnecessary prompts and saving millions in COGS through cross-org collaboration between Office, SharePoint, and Exchange on OAPU (One Auth Per User).
• Saved $2M annually in maintenance costs by retiring an outdated auth service with zero escalations; authored the retirement process workbook, which is now the standard for the Identity organization.
