If you know of any companies that are looking into recruiting software or are curious about Lever, send me a message!
• ----
At Lever, I'm currently on the product team focused on contact and opportunities (amongst other product areas).
• ----
I've worked on the following (listed in ascending chronological order, see media links for more details):
• updating profile archive functionality (introducing archive + email functionality to the candidate profile)
• revamping our search interface
• GDPR tooling
• improving bulk archiving functionality (allowing users to archive by job posting)
• unified profiles (a new view of a candidate profile that's being introduced with the opportunities timeline)
• Diversity Insights (empowering teams to measure progress towards diversity goals and pinpoint instances of potential bias)
• performance (finding ways of improving the speed of our app)
• O365 calendar/scheduling (adding additional functionality for O365 customers, pushing towards parity between O365 and GSuite)
• Easy Book improvements V1 (revisiting our self-scheduling tool, introducing explicit meeting types (phone, location, Hangouts) and cleaning up the self-scheduling flow)
• Candidate Experience Surveys (providing customizable surveys that automatically send to candidates to help teams track and improve candidate experience)
• MS Office 365 Enhancement (improving performance and reliability when fetching O365 room/resource availability)
• Fast Resume Review (allowing recruiters to quickly review and take action on top-of-funnel applicants in a new flow)
• Offer Revisions (supporting the ability to edit certain offer details after an offer has already been approved and sent)
