Architect and build secure smart contract protocols that connect Coinbase users to the crypto ecosystem

Drive standardization of crypto protocols by designing and defining interfaces and standards

Work closely with Base leadership and product teams to develop our on-chain strategy and roadmap

Mentor and train other team members and teams on smart contract engineering best practices

Hands-on development, production and operation of machine learning models and pipelines at scale

Contribute to at-risk machine learning models and work at the intersection of blockchain and AI technologies

Collaborate with senior engineers and work with product partners to identify and solve new use cases for machine learning on blockchain

Assist in the design, implementation and deployment of machine learning solutions that solve complex problems and deliver real business value, ie. Revenue, Engagement and Customer Satisfaction.

Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business partners to identify AI/ML opportunities to improve operational scalability and efficiency.

Assist in the development of production-grade machine learning models to support personalized customer experiences, content recommendations, fraud detection/prevention, etc.

Support model performance monitoring and improvement through data augmentation, feature engineering, experimentation, and online/offline evaluation.

Stay up-to-date on machine learning, artificial intelligence trends and technologies while contributing to the development of AI/ML in the crypto industry.

Contribute to the design and development of company-wide web applications and libraries.

Ability to lead efforts to design, architect and write new software components.

Ability to independently handle project activities related to build and deployment.

Ability to create software tests to verify the functionality and quality of the software.

Create design documentation for new software development and subsequent releases.

Identify opportunities to improve and optimize applications.

Collaborate with business analysts or product management to understand new requirements.

Collaborate and support software developers using JavaScript/Web concepts.
