As lead of the platform team at Kisi, I build and maintain backend systems, including private APIs that power our hardware and apps, and public APIs used by hundreds of integrators. I also lead the team, managing internal processes, mentoring developers, overseeing projects, and working closely with stakeholders to refine requirements and improve our platform.

As a software lead at Varvet I helped shape the company and how it operates. This included work on internal and client facing processes, project management, and mentoring of new employees.

As a software developer at Varvet I worked on projects big and small, mainly web applications. This included both backend and frontend work, as well as project management, and meeting and communicating with clients.

Projects include:

• Web apps for the Swedish Teachers’ Union, serving over 200k members, built with Rails

• Web based crossword puzzle editor for Bonnier Publications, built with React

• Web based publishing platform for Collector Bank, built with Rails + React

Apart from project work, I helped shape the company and how it operates, going from three people to twenty over the course of five years. I also worked a fair bit on open source projects.

I was part of a startup that, using lean startup practices, built a Ruby on Rails application for managing cashflow, aimed at small business owners.
