DEX - Digital Employee Experience
• Collaborating with product owners to enhance and elevate the DEX product after its MVP launch.
• Identifying and designing agentic AI-powered experiences to automate workflows and enhance productivity, significantly reducing manual work and increasing worker efficiency.
• Mentoring a junior designer on my team to elevate their design craft (both the hard and soft skills).
Prototype demos for executive keynotes
• Under a tight and compressed timeline, I joined a tiger team to craft several prototypes highlighting my business unit's much anticipated agentic AI functionality.
• The prototypes were presented by ServiceNow executives at the main keynote of the marquee ServiceNow conference (Knowledge25) and also presented to financial analysts at the yearly Financial Analysts Day meeting.
• Received several accolades from my stakeholders thanking me for my leadership and willingness to go above and beyond in order to resolve last minute changes and technical hurdles to showcase the work in the best light.

Showingtime+ Vision work
• Helped drive a vision for the future of a real estate platform to empower agents and their teams.
• Mentored and guided designers in order to elevate the quality of new designs that were being created on the platform.
• Helped establish a design system component library to help ensure design consistency as other designers were starting to onboard and design within the new platform.
ShowingTime+ Listing Showcase
• Led the launch of a new line of business for real estate agents that is driving a projected $100M+ of annual recurring revenue.
• Drove alignment between multiple product and business teams using service design methodologies (including service blueprints and storyboards) to identify the process, dependencies, and gaps.
• Owned the end-to-end design of the web app that enables agents to utilize the new functionality.
• Led a design team consisting of 2 designers, a content designer, and a researcher and successfully brought the product to market on-time and with great user feedback regarding ease of use.
Zillow Offers, Transaction Management Tool
• Continued work on the Transaction Management Platform for Zillow Offers.
• Led the evolution of the product from an MVP to an MLP, transitioning the product to a transaction management platform supporting multiple personas and teams.
• Expansion of project scope resulted in leading a team of 3 designers and owning tasks such as: quarterly planning, prioritization, and facilitating design reviews.

Zillow Offers, Transaction Management Tool
• Led the creation of a new product that enabled Zillow’s internal operations teams to manage and coordinate the logistics of buying and selling thousands of homes a month under their home buying program, Zillow Offers.
• In 4 months, rapidly designed and launched an MVP that migrated the operations teams' processes from spreadsheets to a web-app optimized for efficiency, repeatability, and compliance.
• Formed trusted partnerships with my users and stakeholders, developing a deep understanding of their process through numerous site visits, contextual inquiries, and other research methodologies.
• Promoted from Senior to Principal based on my impact and leadership on this project.

Led the design, implementation, and vision for mySalesforce, a white labeling program that allows companies to launch a customer branded version of any of the Salesforce mobile apps, onto the app stores, with no coding required.
Led the redesign and subsequent releases for the Salesforce Admin mobile app on iOS and Android.
Designed and launched a mobile forecasting feature within the Salesforce mobile app.
