Founded and scaled eBay's Focused Categories design team, building a dedicated practice around high-intent, passion-driven verticals — Collectibles, Luxury, Motors, and Home & Garden. The team's work drove category spend to 9x that of comparable marketplace categories, a result of deeply tailored shopping experiences designed around the unique behaviors and communities within each vertical. Pioneered the integration of computer vision, AR/VR, and machine learning into buyer and seller interactions to further differentiate the experience at scale.

Led the end-to-end redesign of eBay's core selling experiences across native, web, and emerging platforms, including the Unified Listing Experience — a ground-up overhaul of how millions of sellers list items on the marketplace. Designed and shipped the Image Scan mobile listing experience, an AI & computer vision–powered tool that uses real-time object recognition to generate intelligent listing recommendations. The work earned a USPTO patent for its architecture and interaction design, recognizing it as a genuine industry-first.

Led multidisciplinary design teams delivering experiences across Android, iOS, and Windows — spanning phones, tablets, wearables, and IoT devices at a time when Intel was aggressively pushing into mobile and connected hardware. Recognized as a two-time keynote speaker at Intel's annual UX Summit, bringing design vision and craft to one of the company's highest-profile internal stages.
