Managed a team of 11 designers and led design operations across Horizon Studio’s Generative AI, Character, Creation Tools, and Mixed Reality initiatives—driving collaboration, process excellence, and innovation across multidisciplinary teams.

Led design for Horizon Worlds’ primary user interface, safety systems, and spatial interaction models. Designed and patented the Avatar Personal Boundaries system and developed foundational spatial UI frameworks that shaped the platform’s core user experience.

Designed platform-level systems that accelerated growth across product detail pages and improved product discovery. Built new frameworks for showcasing products and integrated a modernized payment system that significantly increased checkout conversion rates.
