My responsibilities span leading design initiatives using tools like Figma to create intuitive UIs, while also guiding the frontend development in PEGA/React. I collaborate closely with a cross-functional squad, including developers, release leads, and business analysts. I engage directly with clients to ensure solutions meet business requirements and user needs.

I'm involved in comprehensive testing, debugging, and troubleshooting. I lead to maintain high standards of quality and seamless functionality across all user screens by also acting as a functional analyst and quality assurance specialist for the team.

• Spearheaded user research initiatives and conducted usability testing to inform strategic design decisions and optimise user satisfaction.

• Utilised Figma and Adobe softwares to develop comprehensive wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups, ensuring intuitive and aesthetically pleasing interface designs.

• Collaborated closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to align design objectives with technical feasibility and project requirements.
