I was part of a team responsible for improving production yields and capacity for Valve's Virtual Reality infrared laser base stations. Other responsibilities included reducing field failures of infrared lasers, qualifying new contract manufacturers, being the factory technical manager for the US production facility and investigating next generation Virtual Reality designs.
