Systems architect for Zebra Retail Solutions, a division of Zebra Technologies, that provides retailers with enterprise software to conduct self-managed inventories.

Responsible for the overall design of the system which is composed of multiple projects and technology stacks. Projects include the use of handheld/mobile devices that incorporate bar code scanners and RFID readers, running on Windows CE/Mobile and Android, and the backend to support them.

Worked with project managers to translate business requirements into technical requirements and vice versa. Worked with developer team leads on project designs and code reviews. Used Jira and agile methodologies to define work items and prioritize roadmap features.

Designed and implemented an enterprise solution which retailers use to take physical inventory and cycle counts. The solution includes applications on hand held devices, relational databases, web services, and web reporting. Responsible for a team of talented developers which worked on the solution.

Developed many of the internal applications for both corporate users and the store systems. Some of the systems include, but are not limited to the POS, receiving, price checkers, inventory management, item management, DVR security camera system.
