• Led the frontend team on building out Artica's SaaS web application using NextJS, Typescript, Playwright, and GraphQL.

• Launched Stoke to paying customers within 8 months of stealth development.

While at Better, I accomplished the following under Better Real Estate:

* Created an internal application responsible for housing agent and customer data, along with processing leads to connect agents to prospective buyers/sellers. To date, tens of thousands of leads have been processed through this application. Built using Typescript/React/GraphQL.

* Created Better Real Estate's CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) application to allow agents and their clients to review comparable properties when making an offer / listing a home. Application consisted of an internal view to allow agents to search and select 'comparables' and a consumer-facing view for the client to review the comparables. Built using Typescript/React/GraphQL.

* Developed a consumer-facing dashboard home to the entire home buying/selling journey as a react-native cross platform application. As a cross-platform application, we were able to save time to produce an MVP for web, iOS, and Android as they were developed concurrently and leveraging shared code as much as possible.

* Advocated for TDD (Test-Driven Development) as a practice amongst the teams I was apart of. Applications at a minimum met 80%+ code coverage.

* Mentored teammates on current patterns, tech, and solutions to grow their skills. This lead to quicker onboarding of additional engineers and faster velocity on projects.

* Lead Frontend Developer on delivery.com's responsive web application using React, Redux, Sass, and Webpack in a mobile-first approach.

* Own the frontend experience and ensure the team is producing quality and performant code via code reviews, linters, and a style guide, while also producing my own code.

* Be a beacon of tech leadership for the team by keeping a heartbeat on current tech and patterns to educate and introduce to the team.
