• Launched "Open To Work" in collaborating with the LinkedIn career team as a part of the LinkedIn relief efforts in response to the recent soft job market caused by COVID-19.

• Launched "Open To Hiring" in collaborating with the LinkedIn Job team.

• Launched "Open To Career guidance" in collaborating with the LinkedIn Segment team.

Premium & marketplaces team

• Managed and led premium growth design team. Created the paid member experience that helped to drive 1B dollar business.

• Manage and lead marketplaces team that including service marketplace and advice marketplace.

• Collaborate with Product and engineering executives to define strategy, vision, and mission for the service marketplace and advice marketplace.

• Launched "Open for business" LinkedIn first Small Business pilot features that are including OPEN TO, FREE MESSAGE, SMB SEARCH, FIND AN EXPERT, and SHARE WITH MY NETWORK with Dubai Government.

• Led the design team directly responsible for eight products’ retention and growth increase at Smule.

• Establishing product design processes such as design scoping & planning, design reviews, user journey research, usability testing, UX interaction design patterns, UI guidelines and language to design QA and post-release evaluations.

• Working with interdisciplinary teams to define the product design vision & roadmap and allocate resources for new and existing products’ design and development.

• Driving strategic design direction, present & articulate design concept to executives.

• Managing and shipped over 40 feature releases for 8 Smule products on iOS, Android, Web and Apple TV.

• Directly contributed to 200% retention increase on Sing! Karaoke android product and 70% yearly revenue increase on Smule products.

• Scaled the design team from 6 to 11 designers while mentoring and growing design team.
