• Migrated eCommerce Platform to Shopify Hydrogen – Spearheaded the initial migration from Gatsby to Shopify Hydrogen, researching the best framework, securing leadership buy-in, and delivering a POC that increased website performance by 30% (Lighthouse scores). Provided documentation and a migration plan for the full site.

• Empowered Marketing with Contentful Enhancements – Added new content types to Contentful, enabling the marketing team to update the website independently, reducing reliance on engineering and minimizing on-call demands during critical promotions.

Led frontend development for instructor tooling, including a custom CMS for authoring programs for our enterprise and consumer clients. Projects included revamping our system with a modern framework, automated testing, and CI/CD; enhancing discoverability by integrating course metadata, keeping courses fresh by adding major update functionality, and building out labs for interactive learning.
