• Helped get Golang adopted as an official language at the company and migrated 10+ microservices.

• Internal advocate for Typescript (got it officially supported at the company).

• Wrote the subscriptions program at Uber that spawned into Uber rewards.

• Worked with top economists to formulate driver and passenger incentive programs to stimulate the driver / rider economy during Uber's very high growth phases.
