• Top contributor to the Sysco Shop React Native app, which processes billions of dollars of revenue for Sysco each year
• Added new features and unit tests using React Native, Redux, Redux Saga, Jest, and other helpful libraries.
• Assumed a leadership role on the React Native team as other team members rolled off, worked on feature planning, architecture, and delivery of features.

• Gave feedback on designs and implemented new workflows, worked closely with the product and design teams to incorporate user feedback and business needs into the applications. Used InVision as the launching point for these discussions.

• Tested software and drafted QA notes to improve functionality. Met with developers to discuss interface projects to improve Beaker.
• Acted as a liaison between LabCorp, Quest and Epic to improve reference lab interfaces and communication between our organizations.
• Managed the OhioHealth and Methodist Health System implementations of Epic’s Beaker application. Oversaw teams of 5-7 analysts during a project timeline of 18 months, identified project scope, and lead the design and planning of project implementation.
• Resolved project issues related to scope creep, product configuration, staffing needs, system training, escalation, and risk management.
• Conducted workflow presentations to key stakeholders and executives to gather business requirements, validate workflows, and implement changes based on the organization's needs.
• Received ‘Mission Impossible’ award for bringing the OhioHealth project to a successful go-live. OhioHealth was a red-flagged project assigned to me three months before go-live.
