• Led the design for a third-party integration process, reducing execution time from ~21 days to ~15 minutes, improving the completion time, and creating a scalable experience for all third-party integrations.
• Served as the design lead and subject matter expert for KDS (Kitchen Display System), restaurant operations, and POS, driving interaction design and strategy. I delivered value-added features for our restaurant vertical, which improved our user experience for Clover table map, re-opening paid orders, and service charges.
• Contributed to the creation of components and pressure tested the Clover device library to ensure visual consistency with the Clover Web experience.
