Leading the development and implementation of strategic technology objectives in collaboration with the GCR leadership team. Initiated execution of his business system roadmap, pulling in technologies, driving business connectivity and preparing GCR to lead the tire industry through advancements in technician engagement, customer compliance workflows and IoT connectivity.

John continued leading operations training efforts, preparing the business to leverage technology to minimize variation and ensure quality in training execution. Oversaw the development and equipping of the first GCR hands-on training center for Truck Tire Service; soon to be expanded to Construction and Mining Tire Service and beyond.

Unified under a clearly defined mission and vision, three teams function independently and interdependently, focusing on high leverage activities to support operations.

Partnering the Systems Support Team with the Operational Excellence and Training teams further solidifies the bench from which we equip our stores and plants to better serve the Boss (Customer). The focus is on continually understanding the current state, forecasting future needs and pursuing long-term solutions.
