The vulnerabilities & mitigation strategies vary by business models, types of loss or risk, access points, payment methods and more, which requires cross functional collaboration with internal & external partners.

Responsible for all aspects of the product life cycle: ideation, discovery, presenting business case recommendations for approval to leadership, development, testing & release.

Loss Prevention for Expedia Affiliate Network includes managing fraud & non-fraud loss and supporting new B2B payment products / solutions.
With over $5B in annual revenues, I am responsible for managing our losses from early detection thru chargeback dispute, post loss root cause analysis & recommending mitigation options, and managing integration of detection alternatives with our global partners with over 5,000 unique points of sale. I work cross functionally with our global payments & fraud management teams to achieve results.
Also responsible for new product delivery related to risk or alternative B2B payments. This includes every aspect of the product life cycle, from discovery, determining MVP & requirements, testing, to release & post launch monitoring & analysis.
