At the Office of Student Financial Aid, I led a team of students in managing high traffic websites for the university and developing web applications with React and Laravel. This position had no full-time technical supervisor, which allowed us to take ownership of engineering decisions. I hired six student employees and introduced GitLab CI/CD to streamline our deployment process.
