Design Director for 2 key portfolio organizations: Merchant Servicing & Enterprise Solutions, Partner & Direct Merchant Complete Payment Solutions. Inherited a team of eight designers and scaled it to a distributed 20+ person team of managers and ICs across India and the US. Key strategic initiatives include scaling the servicing platform to meet needs of large enterprise merchants, defining and driving new E2E multi actor integration journey for our partners, and evolving our design & development process towards a stronger collaborative and cross functional model.

Senior UX Manager for the Branded Payments Solution & Integration Platform team, primarily focussed on end use consumer payment experiences across web and native apps. Grew team from 4 to 10 designers to meet needs of an expanding charter.
