• Directed the strategy and execution of the go to market plan for feature releases within the company, working with cross functional teams of marketing, project and live ops managers.
• Lead incremental and continual improvements in revenue and engagement on the Pets feature, improving the steady state revenue stream of the feature by 4x.
• Conducted cluster analysis using Tableau and SQL to provide clear actionable steps for the improvement of the Pets game systems design.

• Increased game revenues by 10% by shipping the Dungeons feature.
• Lead the development of the Dungeons feature end to end - beginning with user research, data analytics and business case, and continued with the development of all UX wireframes and user stories in conjunction with a cross-functional team of designers and engineers. Wrote specifications with integration strategies and rollout plan, along with preparation of data analytics requirements.
• Participated heavily in the preliminary engineering process and iterated on product spec with a deep understanding of its impact on technical extensibility and scalability. Contributed algorithm suggestions to overcome technical hurdles.

Product Manager for revenue and gameplay roadmap for New Words With Friends, one of Zynga's top mobile games with 10 million+ MAU, App Store / Play Store Featuring & Top Charts ranked
• Led gameplay & core game experience roadmap: Shipped the first ever new game mode "Fast Play" for Words With Friends, leading the UX testing and game design efforts while working with a cross functional team of user researchers, game designers, UI/UX designers, and iOS/Android mobile engineers.
• Led revenue roadmap: drove ads revenue roadmap of Words With Friends and successfully shipped multiple ROI positive ad products, including 2 additional ad slots within the game, a native ad slot, incentivized video ads. Worked with the partnerships and business development teams to integrate branded features into the game.
• Increased iPad SKU revenues through A/B testing of a video ad slot on iPad. Presented a full analysis to the team on user retention, engagement using SQL
• Increased Android SKU revenues by 20%. Through A/B testing and experimentation I was able to optimize the UX of additional banner placements with minimal impact on retention and core game actions.
• Launched a mobile HTML version of Words With Friends (500k+ installs within 2 days) and analyzed and reported on several metrics after launch (including reach, retention by platform, user behavior)
