• Led the design & UX efforts on loan in-take application for loan officers which decreased the loan in-take process by an average of 20 minutes.

• The loan in-take application was a key piece to selling off the mortgage lending branch of the company.

• Led the design & UX efforts on an internal product aimed at increasing political lobbying efforts, which had since broken off as its own product with funding.

• Initiated, developed, and evangelized company core values as a way to communicate with each other and with clients more cohesively.

• Worked on the cloud infrastructure monitoring product—collaborated across multiple dev-teams with complex APIs to surface up a more human-friendly UI.
