As a Software Engineer at MemberJunction, I led the development of four greenfield projects as well as designed and shipped features that delivered personalized emails and recommendations to people increasing user engagement by over 17%. One of my key achievements was spearheading efforts to create a scalable and configurable multi-agent system capable of handling large volumes of user inquires in real time.

In addition to my work on client-facing solutions, I developed internal tools that reduced the time it took to launch client products from six weeks to just 2-3 weeks as well as building and maintaining 7+ open source libraries that supported other team members and clients.

As a Fullstack Developer, I facilitated the launch of new revenue-driving features, such as Single Sign On (SSO) and Action Items as well as improved and maintained six mobile applications used by over 3,000 daily active users across Android and iOS platforms.
