Private air travel membership e-Commerce
• Responsible for incorporating the UX process and design thinking into the product development cycle.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, product manager, CTO, and developers to ensure user needs are met and product quality meets the highest standards for consumer facing and internal applications.
• Own design problems from proposal pitch to MVP identification to data visualization to development to hand-off and beyond.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch impactful end-to-end consumer experiences.
