I am the principal IA-, service-, prototype-, and UX/UI designer of AT&T's B2B wireless management apps for all enterprise customer domains, and the vendor-overseeing creative director on our B2B and FirstNet top-of-funnel experience redesigns. Within these roles, I perform goals-defining and scope discovery with our Product team; regularly collaborate with our Design System team to best use, extend, and improve our UX/UI tooling; prepare and evaluate user tests with our Research partners; manage my deliverables through our Agile pipeline; coordinate with Engineering to optimize the building of my designs; and interface with our engineering partners for technical delivery.

I own and operate my own full-time design consultancy, primarily focused on digital engagements (IA, UI/UX, front-end dev, back-end dev), and secondarily offering print-, brand-, publication-, and service-design commissions. Lead product design — for B2B, B2C, and internal-admin engagements — across the Loans, Rentals, and Buy-Sell organizations. Highlights include personally redesigning and redeveloping the Design org's public-facing recruitment marketing site; delivering org-wide all-hands presentations; delivering a presentation to the CEO; and producing several responsive product prototypes that were able to quickly get tested and concept-vetted.

Senior Product Designer for Outlook’s consumer endpoints, focusing on B2C monetization of Office 365. Creating, testing, and refining a suite of immersive components to onboard new customers, clarify value, increase product love, and retain renewals. Redesigned & recoded Outlook-dot-com marketing landing-page relaunch in 2019.
