Design lead for Creatives & Conversations team. Supported team of designers and drove horizontal strategic efforts. This included optimizing WhatsApp consumer message formats, resulting in dramatically improved conversion rates. Also, established a 0 to 1 foundational integration with Meta’s business creation surfaces.

Supported Recruiting org's Growth initiatives. Led foundational design for a 0 to 1 candidate information-sharing system on Meta's enterprise Workplace product. After exceeding velocity & candidate privacy goals, scaled the product to a robust integration & from 4 people to 2 established product teams.
