• Team Lead of the Observational Medical Outcome Partnership Common Data Model (OMOP CDM) ETL.
• Provide analytic support, problem solving, and communication on all matters pertaining to clinical quality, performance, and research data needs for providers and investigators at Columbia University Medical Center. Statistical analysis for specific research and quality improvement projects according to project requirements.
• Assist with development of plans for statistical analysis for specific projects
• Database design for project related data that promotes appropriate data security, data integrity, and data quality.
• Communicating with individuals in the enterprise to investigate data quality and integrity and work collaboratively or individually towards resolution.
• Quantitatively summarize quality and integrity issues and present trends or problems to appropriate personnel.
• Importing, cleaning, transforming, integrating and validating data for the purpose of understanding and drawing conclusions based on the data.
• Building and managing reports and dashboards using the CD clinical and financial data warehouse to support and augment the needs of the quality division.
• Upgrading database systems to meet the needs of the CD quality division, including designing and developing relational databases for data collection and analysis.
• Processing of data and preparing reports related to various quality and research projects, including presenting data in charts, graphs and tables.
• Working with providers and Columbia Doctors leadership to obtain specifications for reporting needs including user interface design.
• Assisting in the development of end-user application training programs.
