I'm helping building out the standards in which ad creative is formed using generative AI.

Using AI, I'm building out design prompt tools to be used in prompting out ad creatives for users.

Much of what I do deals heavily with ensuring we get solid results with every generation.

• Led the design team, providing guidance, mentorship, and oversight to junior designers.

• Collaborate closely with other departments such as product management, engineering, and marketing to ensure alignment on design goals and priorities.

• Set product goals and priorities by defining key features that needed to be developed by roadmaps.

• Worked with designers in Figma for Mobile and Desktop applications.

• Developed incentive and AI recommendation features for small businesses through marketing Ad Manager products and services.

Built out the top-quote feature leading to a decreased drop-off rate in the application flow funnel.

Designed the agent incentives program that rewarded and incentivized users to encourage more conversions of sales.

Brainstormed with peers and other members of the design team to determine enhancements and

product features.

Managed multiple projects effectively in a demanding environment with tight deadlines.

Developed from scratch the rewards system used to incentivize and graduate customers from BrightWay to BrightWay+ cards.

Reduced call drivers by building in-app, self-resolving flows.

Worked directly under Chief Creative Officer to communicate a new vision and branding guidelines for the next generation.
